As one of multiple vendors awarded, Troxell participated in the sealed bid process and was granted the awards based on successful evaluations of required performance and provider criteria.


Contract number ESCNJ 17/18-16 is effective from July 2, 2017 through July 1, 2018. Contract number ESCNJ 16/17-45 is effective from February 24, 2017 through February 23, 2018.
